NEW REACTOR FLOWSCHEME FOR DEHYDROGENATION OF PROPANE TO PROPYLENE

This process is provided for the dehydrogenation of paraffins. This step takes advantage of the rapid recycling of the dehydrogenation catalyst of the dehydrogenation reactor and the catalyst between the reproduction units . The process includes the step of passing the step , and the combined stream to the paraffin hydrocarbon feed stream and the pre- heating -bonded hydrogen in the dehydrogenation reactor . The hydrocarbon feed stream with the catalyst is passed through the reactor at a rate that limits the average residence time of the catalyst in the reactor . Catalyst is circulated to the playback unit , through the reproduction unit limits the average residence time of the catalyst in the reproducing unit .
