MICROFLUID CHIP FOR MEASURING ANTIOXIDATION ABILITY OF FOOD MATERIAL AND MEASURING SYSTEM USING SAME

摘要

The present invention provides a microfluid chip that includes a microfluid channel between a substrate and a transparent polymer body. The microfluid channel is divided into two reaction zones including a first reaction zone and a second reaction zone in the stream of the fluid from a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet. In the first reaction zone, metabolism enzymes or living cells collecting means are included. When the microfluid chip for measuring antioxidation ability is used, the living cells are collected in the first reaction zone to transform a food material into a metabolome; the metabolome is reacted with a reagent for measuring antioxidation ability in the second reaction zone; and the result is analyzed. Accordingly, active antioxidation ability of the metabolome, which is derived from the food material, can be directly and easily measured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
