The present invention relates to a method for sampling marine weather specimen performed by a computer capable of enabling a specimen weather condition, which is sampled for analysis for a physical phenomenon having a sensitive feature to a weather environment by comprising the analysis or infrared signals of a vessel, to be approximately accessed to a statistical distribution feature of a collection group (marine weather observation data) and reflecting a correlation between marine weather variables. Provided is the method for sampling the marine weather specimen performed by the computer comprising a step for calculating an accumulated distribution function for each weather variable of the temperature, the water temperature, the relative humidity, the wind speed, and the wind direction of the collection group and dividing the accumulated distribution function into slots of the number of specimens to be sampled; a step for calculating a generation probability of weather variables which are combined to each other with the correlation by using a main component analysis method; and a step for dividing a section between the weather variables and sampling a specimen according to priority for each section.
