Disclosed are an individual frequency characteristics analysis method and an apparatus for seismic reflection method exploration data. The individual frequency characteristics analysis method for seismic reflection method exploration data according to the present invention includes a step of producing time-series data input data, a step of performing time section-specific frequency analysis on the input data, a step of establishing time-frequency area data for in-frequency range analysis for the frequency, a step of extracting individual frequency data for the frequency, and a step of correcting the number of samples for the individual frequency data by using tertiary spline interpolation.
