The present invention relates to a marine-resource transferring device for a marine plant including a manifold receiving a mixture containing carbon dioxide and a fluid containing marine resources from wall heads connected to storage; a separation unit for separating carbon dioxide from the fluid supplied from the manifold; and a resupplying unit resupplying carbon dioxide separated by the separation unit to the storage and to a marine plant with the same. The present invention is capable of improving the convenience of the installation and maintenance of resource processing equipment by reducing the size and weight of the resource processing equipment, reducing expenses for the maintenance of a pipeline by reducing the risk of damage to the pipeline, and improving the productivity of marine resources by increasing the amount of marine resources transferred through the pipeline in comparison with other materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
