The present invention relates to a technique of managing a life style and, more particularly, to a life style service design system and method to manage user health by collecting big data of a personal life log, collecting a personal activity analysis through the collected life log, estimating a user behavior that may be generated on the basis of the collected life log, estimating a user behavior that may be generated on the basis of the collected personal activity analysis, and inducting a user behavior toward improvement of quality of life according to the estimated user behavior.
