The present invention relates to an electrode sensor to measure skin impedance for personal authentication and a skin impedance measurement device including the same, and more specifically, to an electrode sensor to measure skin impedance for personal authentication making skin impedance of a subject to be used as individual identification information of personal authentication by wirelessly transmitting the measured skin impedance to an external device, and to a skin impedance measurement device including the same. The electrode sensor to measure skin impedance for personal authentication according to the present invention comprises: a ceramic substrate; and a measurement electrode which is formed on one side of the ceramic substrate and is composed of four electrodes to measure the skin impedance for personal authentication of the subject by contacting the skin of a body of the subject.
