A method for calculating an estimation equation of maximum oxygen uptake for a paraplegia patient enables a user to evaluate an aerobic exercise function of the user and to know an accurate aerobic exercise quantity according to the aerobic exercise function by comprising: the steps of enabling (a) information receiving unit of a system to receive information for paraplegia patients including a plurality of variables and inputted through an external input apparatus; (b) one variable quantity analysis unit of the system to analyze one variable quantity between a result of the maximum oxygen uptake and each variable received in the (a) step; (c) a variables analysis unit (150) of the system to analyze a quantity of variables using a variable indicating correlation according to the variable quantity analysis by the (b) step; and a control unit of the system to calculate an estimation equation by diagnosing an influence degree between the variables, by controlling(removing) variables which influence from each other, and by selecting the final variables.
