Disclosed is a heating device used during the carbon reduction reaction of a graphitization processing device. The heating device comprises a body having multiple holes on one side; a crucible inserted into the body and having multiple insertion holes with the same gap as the hole gap of the body on one side; and a microwave waveguide arranged between the inner side of the body and the crucible and heating the crucible by vibrating the crucible by receiving the microwave. The heating device heats a reduction reaction tube inserted into the insertion groove.
