The present invention relates to a fibrinolytic enzyme and, more specifically, to a fibrinolytic chymotrypsin-based serine metalloprotease originated from Lyophyllum cinerascens and to a method for purifying the same. The present invention is to provide the fibrinolytic enzyme originated from Lyophyllum cinerascens known as one of general edible mushrooms, and a method for purifying the same. In an aspect, the present invention relates to the fibrinolytic enzyme purified from Lyophyllum cinerascens.
