A method for manufacturing an Mn-Fe alloy is provided to have a dense structure, thereby preventing phosphorous from being dissolved and has magnetic properties to be separated from slag containing phosphorous. The method for manufacturing an Mn-Fe alloy includes: a step of crashing manganese ore, iron, and a coal material, and blending the crushed manganese ore, iron, and a coal material with a binder; a step of forming the mixture into compacted iron; a step of heating and cooling the compacted iron; a step of crushing the cooled compacted iron; and a step of separating an Mn-Fe alloy from the crushed compacted iron.
