The present invention relates to a safety fire door frame structure with an embedded door hinge. To be specifically, the safety door frame structure can provide insulation and soundproof properties, can prevent a dew condensation phenomenon by sealing a gap between a fire door and a side door frame and, specifically, can remove danger of accidents that fingers of a user are inserted into the gap between the fire door and the side door frame when opening and closing the fire door. In the safety fire door frame structure, a hollow unit is formed inside a fore-end unit of a rubber sealing packing inserted into a concave unit on a door frame, and a fire door surface contact unit on the outer side of the hollow unit is formed in a dome shape. Therefore, when the surface contact unit is pressed, the internal shape of the hollow unit is changed in order to seal a space unit between one end of the fire door and the side door frame.
