The security shutter comprises steel plate structure (8) with grid, which is provided on inner side of a window or door and hinged to a frame (13) of the window or door. The grid covers outside of the structure, where the structure is visible through a glass (11), where the glass is provided with wooden blade (10) of esthetic finish. The steel plate is attached to the shutter directly by its outer side face of passenger compartment. A heat insulating layer (9) is provided in an intermediate position with respect to the wooden blade.
