摘要

The present invention relates to siRNA specific to gene related to liver cancer, and to a double-stranded oligo RNA structure including the same with high efficiency. The double-stranded oligo RNA structure includes a hydrophilic substance and a hydrophobic substance bound by simple covalent bonds or linker-mediated covalent bonds on both ends thereof. Therefore, the double-stranded oligo RNA structure can be efficiently transported into a cell. The double-stranded oligo RNA structures can be transformed into nanoparticles by a hydrophobic interaction thereof in an aqueous solution. The siRNA included in the double-stranded oligo RNA structures is desirably specific to a gene related to liver cancer which particularly is ZBTB7A, YAP1, or CHD1L. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for producing the double-stranded oligo RNA structure, and to a pharmaceutical composition including the double-stranded oligo RNA structure for preventing or treating cancer, particularly liver cancer.
