The present invention relates to a genotype-based marriage compatibility judgment system, and more particularly, to a genotype-based marriage compatibility judgment system which can make a genotype list of the other sex with reference to a sex and a genotype of a person having a genotype, generate a list of candidate genotypes which may be inherited to children, and generate a report which expresses a phenotype of the children by using the genotype. According to the present invention, the genotype-based marriage compatibility judgment system comprises: a member terminal (200) which provides detail information of a member and genome information to a marriage compatibility judgment server; and the marriage compatibility judgment server (100). The marriage compatibility judgment server includes: a member information acquisition unit (110) which acquires the detail information of the member and the genome information which are provided from the member terminal; a information storage management unit (120) which stores the genome information acquired by the member information acquisition unit into a genome information database and stores the detail information into a member detail information database; the genome information database (130) which stores the genome information of the member; the member detail information database (140) which stores the detail information of the member; the other sex information extraction unit (150) which extracts detail information of the other sex member with reference to a specific member stored in the member detail information database to extract genome information matching the detail information of the corresponding other sex member from the genome information database; a phenotype report making unit (160) which matches the genotype that is genome information stored in the genome information database with the phenotype with reference to the specific member and the extracted detail information of the other sex member to make a phenotype report of the corresponding specific member and the other sex member; a list generation unit (170) which generates a list of candidate genotypes, which may be inherited to children, from the made phenotype report; and a predicted children genotype probability list making unit (180) which makes a list by mating the possible genotype of the children with probability of the corresponding genotype.
