The present invention relates to a method for amplifying nucleic acid capable of detecting fungi which can be easily contaminated when preparing a cell therapeutic product and a biological medicine; a primer set used in the method; a primer-probe set; and a kit comprising the same for detecting fungi. If the primer set for amplifying nucleic acid or the primer-probe set of the present invention is used, various pathogenic fungi can be detected rapidly, precisely, and reproducibly when preparing, storing, and administrating the cell therapeutic product and the biological medicine. The method for amplifying nucleic acid of the present invention can provide an economic, rapid, and precise method for detecting fungi by substituting a conventional sterility test of a cell therapeutic product.
