Disclosed is a low vibration system of a vessel accommodation space capable of providing always agreeable low-vibration vessel accommodation space environment regardless of a shipping condition of a vessel and a vibration control method of the vessel accommodation space using the same. The low vibration system selectively connects or short-circuits an engine casing and the vessel accommodation space by controlling a vibration reduction unit based on a vibration acceleration signal which is generated in the vessel accommodation space according to the navigation speed of the vessel. Therefore, the peculiar vibration number of the accommodation space is configured to prevent frequency and resonance of a vibromotive force of an engine or a propeller and the agreeable low-vibration vessel accommodation space environment can be provided in all navigation speeds of the vessel by significantly reducing the generation of the vibration in the accommodation space.
