The present invention relates to a system and a method for synthesizing apatite from FDFO wastewater of a seawater concentration or seawater desalination device. The purpose of the present invention is to synthesize apatite by inputting phosphoric acid into dilute fertilizer solution, which is discharged by fertilizer drawn forward osmosis (FDFO), or inputting calcium or polyvalent ionic compounds, which are discharged in a pretreatment process. For the purpose, the system for synthesizing apatite from FDFO wastewater of a seawater concentration or seawater desalination device according to the present invention comprises: a pretreatment device for removing floating matters or organic matters, which are foreign materials, from incoming seawater; a desalination device for separating highly concentrated salt water from freshwater by concentrating salt water that has gone through the pretreatment; an FDFO device for introducing the seawater, from which foreign materials have been removed by the pretreatment device, and fertilizer solution to increase the concentration of the seawater and dilute the fertilizer solution via osmosis by difference in concentration between two solutions; and an apatite synthesis means for synthesizing apatite by inputting an additive solution into the fertilizer solution, which is distilled by an FDFO device and is discharged as waste solution. That is, the present invention provides a method for synthesizing apatite by inputting one among calcium compounds, magnesium compounds and phosphate solution into the dilute fertilizer solution, which is discharged as waste solution via FDFO in the desalination process of a seawater concentration or seawater desalination system using FDFO.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
