The present invention relates to a technology for measuring battery characteristics, and, more specifically, to an apparatus, which can simultaneously measure the x-ray diffraction pattern and the electrochemical reaction characteristic in the in-situ mode. According to the present invention, the battery accommodating assembly for x-ray diffraction analysis of a battery module, which comprises a first electrode, a separator and a second electrode successively stacked along the central axis. The battery accommodating assembly for in-situ x-ray diffraction analysis of a battery comprises a first body consisting of a base unit, and a pillar unit extended from the base unit along the central axis, and made of an electric conductive material; an close adhering structure surrounding the pillar unit, having the lower end contacting the base unit, and a support projected from the upper end of the pillar unit on the upper end, and made of an electric insulating material; a battery cover plate closely attached to the upper end of the support, and separated from the upper end of the pillar unit to form a sealed accommodation space for accommodating the battery module therebetween, and made of the beryllium metal; a second body surrounding the support, having a side-wall separated from the upper surface of the base unit of the first body on the lower end, and an end wall closely attached to the edge part of the battery cover plate and having an opening to expose the battery cover unit in the center, and made of an electric conductive material; and a body fastening means for fastening the first body and the second body, and made of an electric insulating material.
