The present invention relates to a tunnel structure for a non-excavation tunneling method, in which the tunnel structure includes a front structure and a tunnel assembly; a tunnel is excavated in a desired direction by a direction control head of the front structure; an auger screw is installed in the front structure to easily discharge soil out from the tunnel; and a tunnel framework is formed by the tunnel assembly, thereby improving direction control ability and the workability. The front structure includes a body having a given length along a tunnel shape; a direction control head installed in front of the body and pressed under the ground with the body; a hydraulic direction control jack positioned in the rear of the direction control head to fix the position of the direction control head; a hydraulic propulsion jack positioned in the rear of the hydraulic direction control jack to press the direction control head and the body under the ground; and an auger screw for discharging the soil positioned in the direction control head to the outside. The tunnel assembly includes a reaction beam installed in the front structure and receiving the reaction from the hydraulic propulsion jack; a support beam mounted away from the reaction beam at a given distance; and an earth plate assembled between the reaction beam and the support beam.
