The present invention provides a demand forecast adjustment apparatus which sets maximum priority to the quantity promised to be supplied in advance by using supply plan information which is confirmed in a previous period, and adjusts demand forecast inputted per each sale area by setting next priority as to a new demand inputted. The demand forecast adjustment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a demand forecast input part which is inputted with a demand forecast; a supply plan amount acquisition part for acquiring supply planning amount information which is planned to be supplied in advance; and a demand forecast adjustment part which adjusts the demand forecast inputted by the demand forecast input part by comparing the inputted demand forecast with the supply planning amount information.
