The present invention relates to a spilt oil detection system to detect spilt oil contained in seawater by using diffusion flow capable of detecting the presence and absence of spilled oil by using diffusion flow without an external power supply by having a pore structure. According to the present invention, the spilt oil detection system having a spilt oil detection sensor to detect spilt oil contained in seawater by using diffusion flow comprises: a spilt oil detection sensor to divide a first area containing a first fluid from a second area containing a second fluid, and having a plurality of pore structures to move ion particles of the first fluid from the first area to the second area; and a current amount detector connected with the first area and the second area to detect the ion current amount generated by ion particles moving from the first area to the second area.
