The present invention provides a liquid measuring apparatus and a water quality analyzing apparatus allowing accurate and stable measurement. The liquid measuring apparatus (1) includes: a measuring flow path (2L) to introduce a liquid accommodated in a liquid container (7) from one end measuring the liquid; a storing container (3) which stores the liquid leaking from the other end of the measuring flow path (2L), and has the other end of the measuring flow path (2L) connected thereto such that the stored liquid is prevented from flowing into the measuring flow path (2L); and a pump mechanism (4) which fills the measuring flow path (2L) with the liquid accommodated in the liquid container (7) by introducing the liquid from one end of the measuring flow path (2L), and allows the liquid of the measuring flow path (2L) be filled out by one end of the measuring flow path (2L), wherein the measuring flow path (2L) has a diameter on which the filling liquid is maintained by the surface tension.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
