The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring water quality using hollow fiber and analyzing the water quality in three dimension (3D). According to the apparatus for measuring the water quality using the hollow fiber and analyzing the water quality in 3D includes a floating member, a hollow fiber module, a transfer unit, a water measurement unit, a location measurement unit, and a display unit. The floating member moves on a water surface of a measurement area. The hollow fiber module is mounted on the floating member and includes the hollow fiber to separate dissolved gas from water. The transfer part has an end portion submerged into the water to transfer water to the hollow fiber module. The water quality measurement unit measures information on water quality in an area in which the end portion of the transfer part is located based on the dissolved gas separated by the hollow fiber module. The location measurement unit measures information on a location of the end portion of the transfer part. The display unit provides the information on the water quality of the measurement area from the water quality measurement unit and the location measurement unit in 3D. Accordingly, after the dissolved gas is separated from the water of the measurement area using the hollow fiber, the water quality can be measured using the dissolved gas.
