The present invention relates to a dental composition for inducing differentiation of odontoblast and, more specifically, a dental composition for inducing differentiation of odontoblast, which includes a COUP-TF II or a gene to code the same and accordingly induces differentiation of odontoblast and calcification of substrates, thereby restoring the damage of dental pulp of odontoblast.
