The present invention relates to a cement supply system for drilling and a method of cementing operation using the same, which allows cementing preparation and operation to be easily and safely performed as a line for supplying cement can be connected directly from a drill floor; thus, work efficiency of cementing during a drilling operation can be increased. According to the present invention, the cement supply system for drilling comprises: a cement pipe connected to a cement manifold wherein cement is supplied, installed to be extended to a lower part of a drill drive machine (DDM) through a lower side of the drill floor; and a connecting line for connecting the cement pipe to a cement header on the drill floor.
