The present invention relates to a primer set for identification and detection of Mycobacterium; to a kit for identification and detection of Mycobacterium including the primer set for identification and detection of Mycobacterium; and to a method for identification and detection of Mycobacterium using real-time polymerase chain reaction and melting curve analysis using the same. The method can provide a means for identification and detection of Mycobacterium efficiently at low costs, wherein the number of Mycobacterium species capable of being identified is large and inspection is convenient, accurate and rapid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
