A wireless power transmitting/receiving system including a wireless power transmitting circuit and a wireless power receiving circuit is provided. The wireless power transmitting circuit comprises: an oscillator; a DC-AC converter converting a DC voltage into an AC voltage in response to periodic waves generated from the oscillator and turned on/off in response of on/off signals; a power transmission coil transmitting the DC voltage converted by the DC-AC converter; a signal reception coil; and a signal reception unit conveying the on/off signals received by the signal reception coil to the DC-AC converter. The wireless power receiving circuit comprises: a power reception coil; a rectifier converting the AC voltage received by the power reception coil into the DC voltage and tuned on/off in response to the on/off signals; an on/off signal generation unit generating the on/off signals indicating whether a level of the DC voltage converted by the rectifier is high enough; a signal transmission coil; and a signal transmission unit transmitting the on/off signals through the signal transmission coil.
