A mixed vaccine of the present invention can effectively prevent disease that is difficult to treat using conventional vaccines and may be caused by novel porcine circovirus type 2 and porcine Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Furthermore, the mixed vaccine composition of the present invention can minimize side effects compared with when individual vaccines are administered twice, and minimize the interference between the porcine circovirus type 2 antigen and the porcine Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antigen compared with other kinds of mixed vaccines.
