The present invention relates to a fixing device for straight type LED lamp and to a straight type LED lighting apparatus including the same. According to the present invention, the fixing device for straight type LED lighting lamp for preventing the straight type LED lighting lamp to be installed on a fixing frame (110) of the straight type LED lighting apparatus (100) from being dropped includes: a supporting unit (131) which is coupled with the lower side of the fixing frame (110); an extending unit (133) which is formed to be extended from both sides of the supporting unit (131) downward and of which the lower side is bent outside to operate elastic force to the inside; and a fixing piece (134) which is formed to be extended from the lower side of each extending unit (133) and is inserted inside the side of a fixing groove (124) to be formed along a longitudinal direction (L) to be extended to the both sides of a heat radiation frame (123) of the straight type LED lamp (120).
