The present invention relates to a cokes oven gas (COG) reforming process including a reverse water gas conversion reaction step of obtaining CO and H_2O through a reaction between COG containing H_2 and CH_4 and CO_2; and a CO2 reforming reaction step of obtaining CO and H_2 through a reaction between CO_2 and H_2O and CH_4. According to the present invention, the amount of CO_2 treatment in the process is increased so that CO_2 treatment costs can be reduced, and CO and H can be provided for utilization in iron manufacturing processes and the chemical industry.
