Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating epilepsy or diseases related to seizure including a material which targets miR-203. Also, disclosed are a marker used for diagnosing epilepsy or diseases related to seizure or measuring prognosis, and uses thereof. The composition of the present invention can recover a glycine acceptor unlike an existing medicine which depends on allopathy, thereby basically treating various diseases caused by degradation of expression of the glycine acceptor, for example, epilepsy or diseases related to seizure.
