The present invention relates to a real-time feedback vibration control system of a structure using a wireless vibration sensor which wirelessly acquires an operation state of an anti-vibration apparatus to reduce the vibration of a structure and a vibration state of a structure without installing an additional power line or a signal line. To this end, the real-time feedback vibration control system of a structure using a wireless vibration sensor according to the present invention includes: a structure vibration detection sensor having a wireless communication module and installed to sense the vibration of a structure; an anti-vibration apparatus installed in a structure and adding the vibration to cancel the vibration of a structure; an anti-vibration vibration detection sensor installed in the anti-vibration apparatus and detecting an operation state of the anti-vibration apparatus; and a controller wirelessly receiving the results of the structure vibration detection sensor and the anti-vibration vibration detection sensor to analyze a vibration state of the structure and an operation state of the anti-vibration apparatus and adaptively controlling an operation of the anti-vibration apparatus based on the operation state of the vibration anti-vibration apparatus and the vibration state of the structure.
