ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ORDER MANAGEMENT METHOD USING TEXT MESSAGE AND VOICE CALL RECEIVED ON MOBILE TERMINAL

Receiving orders is crucial in logistics industry. An automatic responding system (ARS) using a wired telephone was widely used for receiving orders in a conventional logistics industry and, many orders are now received by a mobile terminal thanks to a wide spread of smartphones. However, when smartphones are used to receive orders, the orders are directly received by respective distributors who perform services, and therefore, a logistic center cannot manage actual orders, orders are omitted, or orders, which are not known to the logistic center, are often processed. According to the present invention, various messages including text messages received by a mobile terminal of a distributor and voice calls are transmitted to an order management server, such that the logistic center can manage the orders as a whole.
