PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for conveniently deleting a spam text message is provided to automatically delete a text message including time information in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: An SMS(Short Message Service) message type determination unit(232) determines the existence of a delete time code within the received SMS message. In case a time corresponding to the delete time code is bigger than the set up time of a storage(240), an SMS message filtering unit(233) deletes the text message. A reference timing confirmation unit(234) confirms predetermined reference timing.
