The present invention provides a carbon fiber composite, which includes a polymer matrix, and a carbon fiber inserted into the polymer matrix, wherein the carbon fiber is coated with a partially reduced graphene oxide (p-RGO) on the surface thereof, and the partially reduced graphene oxide has the content ratio of carbon atom and oxygen atom of 3-6:1. The carbon fiber composite according to the present invention includes partially reduced graphene oxide, thereby providing affinity for the polymer matrix through a proper amount of functional groups of the partially reduced graphene oxide, increasing the electric conductivity through the hexagonal structure of restored graphite due to the partial reduction, increasing the adhesiveness to the carbon fiber, and having excellent interfacial characteristics. Also, the carbon fiber composite according to the present invention remarkably reduces graphene oxide, a filler, to about 0.001 weight% of partially reduced graphene oxide with regard to the total weight of the carbon fiber coated with partially reduced graphene oxide, thus being economic. Furthermore, the carbon fiber composite according to the present invention has the effects of enhancing the mechanical strength and electrical conductivity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
