The present invention relates to nanoparticles for siRNA delivery comprising a conjugate of hyaluronic acid and cholesterol, to a composition for siRNA delivery, where a siRNA-binding protein and a siRNA complex are impregnated inside the nanoparticles, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the diameter of the nanoparticles is 150 to 450 mm, and the content of cholesterol in the conjugate of hyaluronic acid and cholesterol is 2 to 30 wt% based on the entire conjugate.
