Collecting Disposal Systems Of The Food Waste In Apartment Houses

The present invention relates to a food waste grinder installed in each household of an apartment building capable of preventing food waste from blocking a sewage pipe by drying and collecting the shredded food waste. More specifically, the present invention can effectively be used in South Korea where a combined sewer system with a foul water pipe and a rain water pipe is used. As two main bodies among a first main body, a second main body, and a third main body collect the shredded food waste; the remaining main body dries the food waste already gathered and collects the dried food waste in a garbage collection container using a collecting device while stop collecting the shredded food waste. Therefore, the shredded food waste can consecutively be processed even if the shredded food waste is discharged from each household of an apartment building all at once. Moreover, the present invention is a food waste treatment method in consideration of the convenience and hygiene of an American-style food waste grinder, and circumstances of Koreas sewer system and sewage treatment plant; thus being able to recycle food waste and solve environmental issues or the like.
