The present invention relates to an anti-oxidant composition including polysaccharides of ginseng and green tea and, more specifically, to an anti-oxidant composition which provides an outstanding anti-oxidant effect by using a mixture of ginseng polysaccharides and green tea polysaccharides and accordingly reduces wrinkles on skin and improves skin elasticity.
