The present invention relates to a welding material for laser welding, a laser welded joint using the same, and a welding method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a welding material for laser welding comprising, in wt%, 0.25-1.0% of C, 0.2% or less of Si (0 is exclusive), 0.2% or less of Al (0 is exclusive), and 0.2-1.0% of Mn, as a welding material for laser welding of a steel material comprising 2.8 wt% or more of Si and 0.35 wt% or more of Al, a laser welded joint using the same, and a welding method for the same. The present invention has an effect of obtaining a laser welded joint whose toughness is improved, and wherein an increase in brittleness is prevented by effectively suppressing generation of deformation twins and formation of coarse crystal grains by properly controlling an alloy composition of a welding material.
