The present invention relates to a welding material for laser welding of stainless steel, a laser welded joint formed by using the same and a welding method for forming a laser welded joint, and, more specifically, to a welding material capable of being applied at the time of laser welding between ferritic stainless homogeneous steels and between austenitic and ferritic stainless heterogeneous steels, a laser welded joint formed by using the same and a welding method for forming a laser welded joint. An embodiment of the present invention provides a welding material for laser welding of stainless steel consisting of C: 0.02 to 0.1%, Mn: 0.2 to 1.0%, Si: 0.2% or less (except 0), Cr: 0.2% or less (except 0), Mo: 0.1% or less (except 0) and Ni: 25~55% in the unit of weight%, and the remainder Fe, and other inevitable impurities, and a laser welded joint formed by using the same and a welding method for forming a laser welded joint. In accordance with the present invention, a laser welded joint having excellent toughness by preventing a brittleness increase according to the dilution of a welding member through proper control of an alloy composition of welding materials can be obtained, and, furthermore, a welding material and a welding method therefor capable of achieving a production cost reduction and a quality improvement can be provided.
