The present invention relates to a method for constructing a building using a precast concrete member. More specifically, the present invention relates to a precast concrete tilt-up frame and a method for constructing a precast concrete structural frame building using the same which are to quickly, safely, and economically construct a building having a standardized plane and a simple structure such as a logistic facility, an underground parking lot, and the like. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the precast concrete tilt-up frame comprises: a pair of pillars arranged in parallel while being mutually separated, and where two or more layers have the length corresponding to the height; inner beams for each layer arranged between each pillar at each layer height of each pillar, and where both ends are integrally combined with the pillars; and protruding beams of each layer protruding toward the outside of one or both pillars at each layer height of each pillar for a certain length.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
