Disclosed are a method for authenticating card payment, and a system for the same. The card payment authenticating method comprises the steps of: judging whether a specific event happens on a card random mobile terminal set of a user, wherein the card of the user is set basically not to allow payment demand using the card by payment side; and having the card payment authenticating system transmit a demand signal to a payment side system corresponding to the card when the specific event occurs.
