The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for lifting wrinkles including extracts of Commelina communis wherein 0.001-30.0 wt% of the extract of Commelina communis is included for 100 wt% of the cosmetic composition as an active ingredient and has a collagen biosynthesis effect and various effects of inhibiting oxidation and MMP-1 from being produced, keeping moisture and lifting wrinkles, thereby being used for manufacturing cosmetic composition for lifting wrinkles.
