A training simulation system of a distribution system is disclosed. The training simulation system of a distribution system includes: a database unit configured to map and store data on an operating system; a conversion device configured to convert a database of the operating system and manage and generate real-time data; an operating device configured to simulate the same function as the operating system of the distribution system in a similar real-time data processing method through the conversion device, to provide the simulated function, and to provide events and solutions to the conversion device to manage each component object of the operating system; and a client configured to connect to the operating device to generate training situations for operating the operating system and proceed with training.
