The present invention relates to a hybrid salinity gradient power generation system which uses salinity gradient energy between high concentration brine and fresh water and combines pressure retarded osmosis (PRO) and reverse electrodialysis (RED). The hybrid salinity gradient power generation system according to the present invention comprises: a PRO device having a first portion to which high concentration brine is supplied, a second portion to which fresh water is supplied, and a semi-permeable membrane to partition the first portion and the second portion; a pressure recovery device to press the high concentration brine supplied to the first portion by recovering the pressure of low concentration brine passing through the first portion; a turbine to generate power using the low concentration brine passing through the first portion; and a first RED device to generate power using the low concentration brine having passed through the turbine and the fresh water having passed through the second portion. The hybrid salinity gradient power generation system of the present invention can maximize power generation efficiency and minimize energy loss.
