The present invention comprises: an oxygen atmosphere formation step of forming an oxygen atmosphere by injecting oxygen gas into an induction way where a steel specimen containing boron is inserted; a boron oxidation step of oxidizing boron into dioxide boron (B2O2) and trioxide boron (B2O3) by reacting boron included in the steel specimen with air inside the induction way by putting steel specimen in the induction way and melting the steel specimen to a preset oxide temperature; an dioxide boron conversion step of converting the dioxide boron (B2O2) into the trioxide boron (B2O3); and a boron concentration detecting step of detecting the concentration of boron included in the specimen by analyzing the trioxide boron (B2O3).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
