Provided is a laser apparatus capable of controlling beam power by applying a laser beam sensor. The laser apparatus includes: a laser module which emits a laser beam to a process material; a sensor part which measures at least one among an infrared ray emitted from the irradiation point of the process material on which the laser beam is irradiated, the quantity of the reflected light of a laser beam reflected on the irradiation point, and the quantity of split light branched from the laser beam, and outputs a sensing signal; and a control module which receives the sensing signal from the sensor part, follows at least one among the target temperature of the irradiation point, the target quantity of the reflective light of the irradiation point, and the target quantity of the split light of the laser beam, and controls the output of the laser module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
