The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Miscanthus sacchariflorus paper and Miscanthus sacchariflorus thread, which are inexpensive and have unique property of Hanji, by using Miscanthus sacchariflorus. According to the present invention, Miscanthus sacchariflorus paper having unique property of Hanji can be manufactured by using Miscanthus sacchariflorus pulp independently or mixing Miscanthus sacchariflorus pulp with Broussonetia kazinoki pulp. The present invention is cost-effective since it is manufactured by using Miscanthus sacchariflorus compared to using import-dependent Broussonetia kazinoki and wood pulp. Miscanthus sacchariflorus used as a raw material of paper in the present invention has the length and width of the fiber similar to wood pulp, so as to be used as a material for paper. Moreover, Miscanthus sacchariflorus has a low lignin content and is a herbaceous plant, thereby degrading cellulose more easily than wood; and has higher pulp yield than that of Broussonetia kazinoki.
