The present invention relates to mesenchymal stem cells derived from nasal polyp and, more specifically, mesenchymal stem cells derived from nasal polyp of human, which are obtained by treating nasal polyp tissues wasted in a treatment step. According to the present invention, mesenchymal stem cells can be separated from the nasal polyp tissues, wherein the mesenchymal stem cell derived from nasal polyp maintains an outstanding undifferentiated capacity, has a good differentiated capacity and a good proliferation rate and is easily separated, thereby being used in treatment and research of incurable disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
